Believers son murdered

Please pray for this family! (received in an email from Gospel For Asia)
  • I am heartbroken over the incredibly sad news I just heard: One of our believer's sons was tortured and murdered last week. Anmol was only 7 years old when his life was tragically taken from him.
  • Read the story and learn how you can pray.
  • How it pains me to hear of such atrocities done to an innocent child. It is extremely rare for a child to be the target of brutality like this. But I know, throughout all this, God is still good, and in our times of pain and confusion, we can find strength and hope in Jesus to face another day.
Little AnmolWill you please pray with me for this dear family who now has to live without their beloved child and brother. May they find comfort and peace—even joy—in the arms of their Savior.

Pastor Saeed is being denied critical medication.
As a result of severe beatings at the hands of his Iranian captors, American Pastor Saeed experienced symptoms of internal bleeding. He was prescribed medication and had been improving.
Now he has been transferred to a deadly new prison. Pastor Saeed's father attempted to deliver his doctor-prescribed medication to him this week and was turned way.
With the horrendous conditions in the prison and the lack of proper medication, Pastor Saeed's health will likely deteriorate quickly.
We must speak out. We must be heard. Take action. Share this message through Facebook and email.

Pastor Saeed

Pastor Saeed's life is in grave danger.
Yesterday, he was transferred to another Iranian prison – a deadly cellblock in one of Iran's most dangerous and obscure prisons.
He is no longer sharing a cell with political prisoners but with murderers. Rajai Shahr Prison is where prisoners are sent to disappear – many are murdered at the hands of other prisoners.
President Obama, who has already spoken to the President of Iran about Pastor Saeed, must take immediate diplomatic action to save Saeed's life. Time is of the essence.
Join our urgent new effort to urge President Obama to take decisive action. There is no more critical time than now.
Jay Sekulow
ACLJ Chief Counsel
P.S. Please earnestly pray and share this critical message. A U.S. citizen's life hangs in the balance.
(Taken from the ACLJ email I received)

  • Perhaps you remember hearing about Saeed, but if not, here is his story.
  • Pastor Saeed is an American citizen of Iranian decent. He has a wife and two kids. He went to Iran to some of the orphanages there, and he ended up being arrested. Just because he is a Christian. He has been in Evin Prison for over a year, and was just recently moved to the Rajai Shahr Prison. PLEASE! Keep him in your prayers and let others know about him. Sign the petition and write a letter to the Iranian president. To learn more, go to SaveSaeed.org

Typhoon Haiyan, Largest Tropical Cyclone Recorded on Earth!

  • Please Read!!!!!!

header2.pngAs you read this, Typhoon Haiyan, the largest tropical cyclone recorded on earth in 2013, is making landfall in the central Philippines.
  • Winds have been clocked up to 235 mph—the most powerful storm to make landfall in history—and an estimated 10 million people are in the path of the category 5 storm.
The potential for loss of life is unfathomable.
During this time, World Help will be monitoring the needs and suitable response through our network of partners on the ground.
But right now, we must pray.
Pray for divine protection for those unable to escape Haiyan’s power. Virtually nothing can withstand winds over 200 mph. Yet while hope may seem bleak, there is room for the miraculous—and that is what we must make appeal for. World Help firmly believes that our prayers can save lives.
Pray for a swift response from the international community. Lives will depend on it. As soon as possible, these victims will need medical supplies, food, clean water, shelter, and so much more.
Pray for comfort as millions suffer the beating of this merciless force. Many will lose everything they know—loved ones, homes, lifetimes of work. Right now, in the eye of the storm, there are innocent children and families in need of supernatural comfort. Likewise, in the days to come, they will face the unimaginable and we must continue to respond with prayer.
As you pray, please spread the word on your social media networks or through email. Lives are hanging in the balance . . . every prayer counts.
Thank you for joining us in petition.
